Consider including undjulation in streetfront facade. Massing needs to be more clearly defined so not to feel like a 90-foot span - building needs to feel broken up into segments. Consider extending the storefront widths in front of the warehouse so that they give articulation to the retail and residential units beyond the warehouse. Include windows on side of units. Provide dimensions on site plan. Confirm truck turning radius in driveway.
